Laura and I are so excited to be able to open as from Monday 13th July  and looking forward to seeing you all.
 
We still are following all government and professional guidelines, therefore limited patients per clinic days and a reduced treatment list for the time being.
 
Jayne will be in touch with those that had appointments provisional booked in beforehand to rebook .

Please find below guidelines on how we intend on operating during this abnormal time:
Information relating to your treatment will be sent electronically . Please attend the appointment on your own and with no shopping. Please do not arrive early as unable to let you in the clinic. Please attend with facial no make on, and if possible a mask . (if not one will be provided) On arrival to the clinic you will be asked to wash your hands or use hand sanitiser. You will have your temperature checked.
On completion of your treatment you will be asked to clean hands again. Payment can be via BACS the day before your appointment or via mobile payment on Sum up. (Sorry not cash or cheques accepted) . At the clinic we will be unable to offer refreshments or use of toilet facilities. Please check your phone and inbox as you will be required to return a health questionnaire prior to attending.


Why only one treatment?
 

We have decided to offer only a single treatment per visit due to limited available treatments, client demand and...

  • To assess how we can safety manage the smooth running of the clinic with safety for you and ourselves
  • Saliva plays an important role in the transmission of infection between persons by contact with the droplets expressed, so therefore we request all patients to wear a face mask (which can be provided)
  • Please be aware lips are particular at risk due to the increased risk of airborne particles from saliva and the patient is unable to wear a mask .
  • Delayed reactions after facial hyaluronic acid injections (dermal filler) are known. Their cause may be infectious or immune-mediated in origin and their outbreak can be triggered, for example by an influenza-like illness.
